SMS Opt-In Disclosure

RingBlast SMS program — effective May 11, 2026

This page documents the SMS opt-in flow for the RingBlast mass-broadcast service operated by Global X Technology LLC (Wyoming LLC, EIN 82-4669722, Bakersfield, CA). It is published so that recipients, regulators, and reviewers from The Campaign Registry (TCR) and mobile carriers can verify how consent is obtained and honored before any broadcast is delivered.

Plain-language summary: Nobody receives a RingBlast broadcast unless they have first received our one-time confirmation SMS and replied YES. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

1. Who sends the SMS, and from what number

All RingBlast SMS messages are sent from the long code +1 (661) 371-7589, registered to Global X Technology LLC and provisioned through Twilio Messaging Service MG8ee1c4197d64755c65c2d0b504a5bca9 under TCR Brand BN7a4846f069a6d9b28f727c97f0739b53. Each message identifies the originating Sender by name.

2. The opt-in flow, step by step

1

A Sender adds a recipient's phone number to the Sender's "ring" inside the RingBlast app.

A Sender is a RingBlast account holder — for example, a coach, a faith-community leader, a club organizer, a teacher, or another person with a pre-existing relationship with the recipient. Before adding any phone number, the Sender is required by our Terms of Service (Section 4 and Section 6) to have already obtained the recipient's prior express consent to be contacted by SMS. The RingBlast app records the Sender ID, the recipient phone number, and the timestamp of this action.

2

RingBlast immediately sends the recipient a one-time confirmation SMS.

Before any broadcast is delivered, the recipient receives this confirmation message from +1 (661) 371-7589:

From RingBlast (+1 661-371-7589)
RingBlast: [Sender Name] added you to their broadcast list. Reply YES to receive their messages, STOP to opt out. Msg & data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Privacy: g-x-t.com/privacy.html

The placeholder [Sender Name] is replaced with the actual name registered to the Sender's RingBlast account so the recipient can recognize who is asking.

3

The recipient must reply YES to be enrolled.

If the recipient replies YES, RingBlast records the consent (timestamp, originating phone number, exact reply text) and sends a single confirmation:

From RingBlast (+1 661-371-7589)
RingBlast: You're subscribed to broadcasts from [Sender Name]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply.

From this point on, the recipient may receive broadcasts that the Sender chooses to send. Until the recipient replies YES, no broadcasts are delivered to that number.

4

If the recipient does not reply, or replies STOP, no broadcasts are sent.

If the recipient replies STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, END, QUIT, or CANCEL), or does not reply at all, RingBlast will not deliver any broadcasts to that number. A STOP reply produces this single confirmation, after which all messaging from that Sender to that recipient ceases:

From RingBlast (+1 661-371-7589)
RingBlast: You're unsubscribed from [Sender Name]'s broadcasts. No more messages will be sent. Reply HELP for help.
